Visual Eyes Optometry is an optometry clinic featuring four exam rooms, a staff area, and a reception area including a repair station and product display/sales. This small space has two large columns that made the original layout design impractical and was wasteful space for our client’s needs.
For this commercial space renovation, we worked closely with the owner to find the optimal size for an exam room and crafted the millwork in it based on the interaction between the optometrist and the patient.

Once the office was set, the client wanted to maximize the amount of product area with a need for a large reception desk. The administrative staff appreciated that the new desk and its location allowed them to openly serve patients while maintaining privacy.
We relocated the front desk, which needed space for three people, around the existing column near the front. This design allowed for a large, open product area immediately visible from the corridor from which the space is accessed.
