Renovations
This 29 storey residential complex, originally built in 1979, had a symmetrical design and approach with an axial path connecting the entrance to the green space at Roslyn. However, with the passage of time passed, these attributes were muted as the pedestrian approach shifted off axis.
Our client asked our team to bring a modern aesthetic to the entrance and lobby with materials that would fit the paneling update we did for the building previously. This entry renovation was also to tie into a full lobby renovation, as well as updates in the pool area, fitness center and communal room to better suit the needs of the residents.

We worked closely with the client's team throughout the construction process and its administration, making sure that all goals were met.
Budget constraints encouraged efficiencies in design and material selection, which also allowed us to expand the scope of work to include the second floor balconies and the commercial suites on either side of the entrance in order to complete the renovation with our full client’s satisfaction.
